App Introduction
This app syncs gift card balances with Factor 4 to enable OmniCommerce gift card functionality. It allows merchants who sell online via Shopify and in POS systems integrated with Factor 4 to keep gift card balances synchronized across both systems. When a gift card is issued or redeemed in a Factor 4-integrated POS system, the app creates or updates the corresponding gift card in Shopify. When customers redeem gift card balances in Shopify, the app updates Factor 4 to reduce the gift card balance in the POS system.
