Private Messages for Sold Products. User Manual, Warranty Card, Installation Guide. Certain products sold in your store require private messages. You can send different messages to suppliers or customers when a product is sold. For example, you might say, "Yes, you’ve purchased this product—please send us the security code once you receive it." Alternatively, if the product supplier/shipper is a different company, you should send them a message that the product has been sold. These messages function separately from standard Shopify messages.
