The process flows smoothly from order to delivery, speeding up shipping times and driving higher customer satisfaction. You can check inventory status by storage location and fulfillment history directly in the app, streamlining inventory management. Products are pre-positioned at workers’ homes to enable shipping from nearby locations. Packy only accesses product and order data—payment information remains managed by Shopify. Fees are automatically deducted from sales, and workers only receive shipping requests and recipient details.
