App Introduction
Automatically sync products, inventory, and orders via the ERP system to achieve unified management of multiple stores. This is an ERP management system independently developed by Shenzhen Lightmet Technology Co., Ltd. with significant technical resources. The app enables centralized management of all stores under your company. To allow multiple store owners to manage all operations from a single platform, you need to install this app and grant authorization for us to access your store’s orders, products, inventory, and other relevant information.
Core Functionality
- Enable simultaneous listing/unlisting of the same product across multiple platforms via the ERP system. Store owners only need to fill out one product information form in the Light Met ERP system to list the same product on multiple sales platforms at the same time.
- Help merchants using our Shopify platform entrusted operation services provide us with minimal permissions to manage their stores.
- Help in-house companies track logistics transportation status, enabling timely feedback on logistics information to customers, responding to emergencies during transportation anytime and anywhere, and enhancing the post-purchase experience for customers.
