App Introduction
This app integrates your order data with freee Accounting. It supports automatic or manual syncing of daily orders, and allows you to record payment fees, shipping costs, and other expenses under separate accounts from your products. It also works with reduced tax rates and POS systems. Automatically sync daily Shopify order data to freee Accounting, with options to specify account titles, business partners, memo tags, departments, and item categories. When syncing orders to freee Accounting, you can assign separate account titles to payment fees, shipping costs, consumption tax, discounts, and more. You can also choose to "exclude from bookkeeping" or "combine with the product’s account title." POS compatibility is available too. Record Shopify Payments transaction fees to streamline the reconciliation of unsettled transactions already booked in freee Accounting. If you enable automatic sync to freee Accounting, the app will run daily syncs automatically. You can also manually sync orders by specifying a date range. Additionally, data deleted in freee Accounting can be re-synced using the "Force Bookkeeping" feature. We also offer an inventory adjustment feature to help you record Shopify product stock as inventory in your books.
Core Functionality
- Automatically or manually sync daily orders to freee. Manually sync past orders, set up account items, transaction notes, and business partners, and adjust items displayed in transaction notes.
- When syncing orders, you can specify different account items for payment fees, shipping costs, discounts, and consumption tax for specific orders, then record them in freee Accounting.
- You can also reconcile unsettled transactions recorded in freee Accounting and record Shopify Payments transaction fees, ensuring smooth operations.
