CookieBuddy prevents all non-essential scripts and tracking pixels from loading until a user gives consent, ensuring instant GDPR/CCPA compliance. It automatically scans and blocks scripts, injects a customizable banner with accept/decline buttons and a preference pop-up, and stores consent locally. Merchants get unlimited impressions, optional privacy policy and terms links, automatic hiding scheduling, and seamless integration with the Shopify API — no theme code edits required.
