App Introduction
This is a system that enables unified management of orders across multiple online stores. It can handle order processing, inventory adjustments, and shipping management from order receipt to fulfillment. BOSS is an all-in-one online store management system that automatically processes the entire order lifecycle—from when an online store receives an order to when a shipping instruction is issued—along with inventory adjustments. It allows full order automation, and also includes a feature that automatically routes orders requiring manual review. This makes it a reliable solution even for store owners who are hesitant to fully automate their operations.
Core Functionality
- API integration available with EC malls and Rakuten Super Logistics. When connected, you can import EC site order data, allocate inventory, process shipments, and retrieve shipping performance information from RSL.
- A system compliant with Rakuten Super Logistics' inbound/outbound services, allowing you to fully utilize Rakuten Super Logistics services.
- You can also sync inventory from other multiple operated malls in BOSS.
